Treadmill Hill Repeats for HYROX
Incline work on a belt gives you a hill that never ends and never flattens, and it loads the same calf and glute pattern as the sled push. Ten repeats at 6 to 8% builds leg strength without adding another day under a barbell.

Coaching notes
- Hands off the handrails. Holding on removes the postural work that makes this session worth doing.
- Incline running and heavy sled push train the same tissue. In a week with two sled sessions, skip this one.
- Build the incline over weeks, not within a session. Going straight to 10% is how calf strains happen.

Questions people ask
How do I scale this?
Sets, reps and rest are written for a intermediate athlete. Scale the load first and the rest second. If the movement falls apart, drop the weight before you add rest.
Where does this fit in a plan?
One session is a session. Sequence it into a week built around your race date and your weakest station on the training plan, or let the generator write one in the same format around your kit and time.
