About the report

What does the readiness report actually tell me?
Three things, in order. Where you are: the time you would run today in the division you are entering, worked out step by step from your races (solo and doubles), how long ago they were and how training has gone since, or from your 5K and answers if you have not raced. Your goal: where it sits in the field and whether athletes at your level actually find that much time in the weeks you have. What to do: exactly where the minutes are, your three priorities, every station in depth with the session that fixes it, and week 1 of your plan.
I raced doubles. Does that count?
Yes. Type your name and every race comes in together, solo and doubles. Doubles is a different race (you run every kilometre together and share the stations), so we convert it to the division you are entering with the ratio from tens of thousands of athletes who raced both, and say so on the chart.
How do you know if my goal is realistic?
From what really happened to athletes like you. We looked at every athlete who raced twice: how fast they were the first time and how many weeks later they raced again. For your level and your weeks to go, the report shows how much the middle half of them improved, and how many found as much time as your goal needs.
Is the coach real or AI?
The numbers are computed on the page from your answers, your races and over a million real HYROX results, nothing is guessed. The coaching on top of them (the verdict, what your races say, your strengths and weak spots, every station, the priorities and your week 1) is written live by AI from those numbers, and streams in as you read. The plan itself was designed by Title Intharat, BSc Sport Science and a certified PT, and the app adapts it week by week.
What happens after week 1?
Weeks 2 onwards show their shape here: the phase, every session title, and how the volume moves. The set-by-set detail is in the app, because that is the part that gets rebuilt every week from what you actually did.
